All products displayed on gillian-jones.com are in stock for immediate delivery (see section “Time of Delivery”). Please be aware of sold-out products and delays from our suppliers; moreover, you must take into account that pricing errors may occur. Sometimes it may happen than an ordered product is not in stock, anyway; it will then be delivered as back order. The reason for this may be that the product is not available in our stock or that the delivery to us has been delayed. In such cases you will receive an email within 1-3 days. Please contact us if you want to cancel a back order or if you have any questions about delivery times.
When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation through e-mail with information about your order. Please always check that everything is correct on your order confirmation. If you have questions, please contact us through email or by telephone. If you want to change or cancel an order we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. As our orders are packed extremely quickly it is not always possible to change the order, but we would be please to check this for you.
Time of delivery from gillian-jones.com is normally 2-6 weekdays from placing of order. In the high season and during peak periods, the time of delivery can be longer for certain products.
All orders, which have been given before 12.00 am on weekdays, are packed and shipped the following weekday.
The parcel is shipped by GLS to an optional parcel shop.
We make certain reservations for sold-out products both in our suppliers’ stock and in our own stock, and we make certain reservations for pricing errors arisen, if any.
Gillian-jones.com ships all parcels by GLS. If the product has been damaged during transport or is missing, Cimi Beauty Bags ApS is responsible for the payment. You must, however, inform us of the delay within a reasonable time (max. 2 weeks). If you should choose to return the product to gillian-jones.com, you are financially responsible that the parcel arrives at us in good condition.
All prices are included 25% VAT. No other charges or freight are added than those stated in the product list when you have completed your order.
At gillian-jones.com payment is always made by credit card. In this way no other additional expenses are added except from freight charges.
At the present time, we accept payment only by Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and American Express. When using credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner Quickpay to guarantee quick and secure payment.
Cimi Beauty Bags ApS NEVER saves information in relation to your credit card. All information is sent through secured servers (SSL/HTTPS). For more information about security, see section ”Security”.

Free delivery for all Danish adresses when you purchase for over 299,00 DKK. Freight charge for purchases below 299,00 DKK is 35,00 DKK.
Freight charge for: Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden is 75,00 DKK
Freight charge for: Norway and Schwitzerland is 125,00 DKK
Gillian-jones.com uses the payment system Quickpay.dk, which encrypts all your credit cards with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons are not able to read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
At gillian-jones.com we want that you are satisfied with your products. Therefore you are always given a 14 day return on the products from receipt of the order. The only requirement is that the product is returned in same condition as received and that it has not been used. Please enclose the original package and labels, if any. If you have contrary to expectation received a wrong or faulty product, we naturally pay the return postage. There is a note of returns in all parcels which you shall fill in and enclose in the return parcel, if any. Please inform us of the reason for returning the parcel. We also need your account number or telephone number in order to trace you in our computer system.

When returning a product to us you shall preferably use the same packaging in which the products were received. Please make sure that the return address is stated on the parcel.
The amount is reimbursed to your bank account.
The amount will be reimbursed to your bank account approximately 10 days upon receipt of the returned product

Usually, it takes approximately 20 work days from you have returned the parcel to us until we reimburse the amount. In exceptional cases, reimbursement may take up to 30 days which is the maximum time according to the law.
If you have received a damaged or misdelivered product, we ask you to contact us through email or by telephone as soon as possible. Naturally, we pay the freight charges of misdeliveries and complaints. As consumer you have the right to claim lack of conformity for a two year period after purchase meaning that you are entitled to be reimbursed or get a price reduction depending on the specific situation. Naturally provided that the complaint is legitimate.
